You have approximately 10 days after you receive your custom hat to contact us about a potential return in the event it does not fit. Be assured we will work with you to get the right size to you.
The most common cause for a hat not fitting is the lack of a measurement in inches or centimetres being given at the time of purchase, or a measurement that was taken improperly. We can and will make another hat for you in this case, but you will have to cover the additional shipping to and from our facility.
If we measure the returned hat and find that it was our mistake (A rare occurrence) we will cover the shipping.
In the event that you want a refund for a hat that does not fit. There will be a 20% restocking fee if we measure the hat and find that it is the size that was originally ordered.

Within 30 days.
There are NO returns on sale items, hats, guns or gun leather.
All tags must be attached and/or in original package.
Items must be unworn.
Receipt & Card required for exchange.
