Paladin was played by Richard Boone and was on T.V. from 1957 to 1963.

 

     It's fun to watch the old Have Gun Will Travel today and see the up and coming stars before they got too big to be on T.V.  

 

     If you are not familiar with Paladin;  He was a Gunfighter for hire, hence the business card that read "Have Gun Will Travel".  However Paladin was a good guy and a reluctant killer though quick with his gun.  Paladin was often hired by a bad guy but once he understood the truth of the situation he would fight for truth and justice.  

 

     Paladin actually wore two slightly different hats.  The second hat (not shown) did not have the curled edge on the brim.  The second hat also occasionally had a pinch in the crown.  You can specify the variation you want.  Notice our oval conchos are not exactly like Paladin's, this is as close as we can find without having to custom make them in real silver (expensive). 

 

  When Paladin was in his San Francisco hotel he usually wore a grey hat exactly like our Rhett Butler.  See that hat in the dress hat section
